Who has a problem with OSHA?

Most folks that I work with do their best to work safe and if it were 
not for OSHA the willingness to work safe would be a cost disadvantage 
for the safe workers in competition to those who don't care to work safe.

OSHA operates by scaring the unsafe workers into compliance and every 
once in a while they get themselves tangled up with safe workers and 
they scare the crap out of them too.
