I can't imagine you could build it in NY with scabbies, so you'd have to figure union. But on the bright side the calculation ought to allow for power equipment ratherthan rope and horses.

I would find out the original cost, which must have been published somewhere where you can find it, and find out what sort of inflation has occurred to 1906 costs. To estimate the cost from the drawings, if you had them, would be nuts.
 
Now you can tell me why this procedure is NFG.

So, how would you actually get an intelligent eyeball budget for reconstructing the original Penn Station - stone and all?
