John,

I have some information and hopefully can follow with more.

My source tells me "The Project... is a joint effort between Phillips County
Community College and the Department of Arkansas Heritage..."

Best info is that no classes have been offered yet and the hands-on focus
will be the Moore-Horner House, a 19th C house owned by the Delta Cultural
Center and DAH.
