I am familiar with "lower than...," and although I am a BIG fan of "Victory
at Sea," having seen my friend Fred the carpenter buried at sea (he thought it
looked good on Mountbatten), I'll go for a plain pine box in accordance with
the laws of Moses and our people.  Given a choice, that is.
