I didn't know that Greene and Greene did houses up there, but by all means,
see anything they did if you can.

L,
The Presidio of Monterey is worth a day trip and while you’re in Monterey
check out Asilomar State Beach. There’s an old YWCA camp there that is now
the Asilomar Conference Center (_http://www.visitasilomar.com/_
(http://www.visitasilomar.com/) ) that has some of the greatest arts and crafts
buildings on the coast. They were designed by architect Julia Morgan and are well
worth seeing. If you have an opportunity to tour any of the Greene and
Greene houses on the coast of Monterey peninsula you won’t be disappointed
either.

For the Hunter souls of Bullamanka,
Headed to Gilroy in a couple of weeks with my two boys (18,17) to meet an
old buddy from high school, any recommendations for day trips from that
local?
All serious suggestions considered,
Leland
