Dear Mr. Mike:

I can only say how deeply, deeply insulted I was - after all the efforts I
have made on your behalf - to receive your hurtful message that we were
"taking advantage" of you. Our Director of Sums and Quotients, Daniel
Becker, has written me (and I quote)

<<<write back to them and tell them to quit insulting us over their pitiful
$75 million and their paltry finders fee. We were actually offering them a
discounted fee because of our heartfelt concern for their impoverished
selves; we now have no other choice than to charge our retail rate of 60%.
You might remind them that without our assistance they can vote 100% of their
shares and they will still have nothing.>>>

To quote our founder, J. Pierpont Morgan, "without trust, no business can go
forward." Our only option is now to report you to Dr. Ruth, Executor of the
Vermont Better Business Bureau, for immediate action.

Regretfully, I am,
Yr Obdnt Svnt,

Christopher Gray
