Jan, help her with this one.

RESTORE is a good answer to the question.  Try 212- 213-2020.  The
only place I know of where design professionals and tradespersons sit
at the same table and learn about preservation arts and craft.  This
trains trades in understanding preservation, but perhaps you are
asking for more in-the-field practice?
