Sorry to say I never heard of him.

Our structures teachers at ASU were probably underappreciated,  too. However,
I had the great good fortune, in addition to learning arch'l  history from
Marcus Whiffen,  to take a class on structure in  architecture at Columbia from
Mario Salvadori.  He was a wonderful man, and  it was immediately apparent.
