Anne,

The outfit I knew of in Stamford, CT, that I visited about 4 yrs ago had to
digitize points by hand on their photos. At the time they were the only outfit
in USA doing this, and they had derived their software & training from Europe.
I can't remeber their name. I would not be surprized if it has been more
automated since then, but doubt that there is not sweat involved somewhere in
the flow.
