I THINK it's a Flandersism, but it's also possible that what he says is
Highdilly-Hodilly, Neighbor. Now THAT doesn't sound right, either. Guess
we'll both have to watch more of The Simpsons in order to verify this once
and for all.

Unfortunately, Mrs. Ralph has decreed no more Simpsons at the dinner table.
On the other hand, she's about to leave town for a week, and the Little
Ralphs sure as hell aren't going to bitch.  About this.
