...I have been nominated for the United Cultural Convention's "International
Peace Prize", by "the prestigious Aemrican Biographical Institute" for
promoting global harmony; my name will be forwarded to the United Nations.  The award
- for which a small administrative fee of $395.00 is required - includes a
dove of peace, "preserved on exquisite wood, ready to hang".      Not clear if
the award or the recipient is to be hung.
