Oooh Oooh!  Can I be a pirate too!  I got a boat!  Not pirate boats, 
but I'm building one!

Two of the little girls in the neighborhood who like my wife AND my 
dogs...and you thought females were BORN with good taste!...came up to 
me while I was beating some piece of wood into submission in the 
garage, and asked, "What are you doing?"  "I'm building a boat" sez I.  
"No you're not!" says they.  "Yes I am...a PIRATE BOAT!" says I.  "NO!" 
says they.  "Yes!" says I.  "AND I'm gonna put a cannon on it and rule 
the pond!"

"That's silly"  says they.  "Can Allie (the bigger dog) come out and 
play?"

(That' dogs gonna be the first one to walk the plank...arrrrrgh!)
