Well, it probably is worthless, but I don't remember having heard that it
NEEDS to be torn down.  Might be just as well if it were torn down, but I
don't know that it's in imminent danger of collapse and therefore NEEDS it.

Whaddaya say, Sharpshooter?  What does Theo, The World's Dullest Man, have to
say? [And who cares what Theo says?]
