I might give serious thought to painting our porch ceiling blue, based
on what I read here, as this time of year the wasps/bees/whatever drive
us crazy during dinner.  Maybe that will work...I'll let you all know.
Our house is a nice 1920s bungalow with a real friendly porch we live
on, eat on, have even slept on.  It's generally yellow with white trim,
but a blue porch would work, and at least I would be able to explain why
we did it.
