Ralph,  I don't know how it got started, certainly not be me, although I do
live in Michigan.  I just remember reading lots of comments about the black
helicopters and paranoia and Mark from Michigan.  Maybe people just didn't
realize the coincidence of association with an actual person, this Mark
Koernke, who broadcasts on the short wave stations about far right militia
stuff.  I listened to him once, but the reception was poor, and I didn't get
the flow, kind of like tuning into BP in the middle of a thread.
