I'd rather see a stone mason working with stone...

John john john... you should come East once in a while and check out the
modern building scene, like Debcaves enduring NJ... carpenters out here in
the sophisticated corridor use steel stud, timber framers use foam sticks,
bricklayers use fast-setting bricks, slaters use plastic slate, and a
stonemason worth their weight use fancy flashlights. Everyone is working
their ass off and if not mortgaged then hocked up to their nubbies with the
re-insurance company. In this fast paced world who has time for real wood and
