So, my poor old cooperative shouldn't proceed with its seat of the pants
facade cleaning. I know nobody is brave enough to call out a really BAD
facade cleaning, so, can anyone remark on a really GOOD cleaning of
commercial-grade (i.e. non-Landmark) building? Preferably near 89th & Park -
we're all pretty soft up here.
