Subject: [newsletters] [BP] query re: Jerusalem stone, tumbled - stains?

The Missus is, as you know, CIC of a kitchen renovation on dfi. Went to
Country Floors on East 16th Street, big place, friendly salesman, seemed
very solid. Have purchased "Jerusalem stone, tumbled." Looks great, almost
like we're God's Chosen.

Nice Salesman, upon query, said it needs only to be sealed, simple process,
then washed gently as time goes on.

However, Nice Lady at DFI Tile & Marble Co. says big, big mistake, Jerusalem
absorbs every stain known to man, and others, refuses to give them up. I
remember someone said something cautionary about this recently. Other
opinions?
