What software is accessible to program it? I'm forced to have to buy a
scanner that uses p25 because the police agency in my area started using
p25.

I Russ,
It does do P25 and is reasonably accessible to a blind user. However,
computer programming is pretty much essential if you want to enter radio
systems into the unit.

Hey gang,

I'm looking to program a bc396 and 996 from Uniden. I know someone had
posted an accessible software, but for the life of me, you think I can find
it? Of course not. Any info would be extremely helpful
