The way their upgrade policy works is about $200 per upgraded version.  If
upgrading from 5 to 6 and renewing your SMA, it would be $200 for the SMA,
$200 for the upgrade equaling $400.  A SMA for the NT version of JFW is an
additional $200, making the total $600.  If upgrading from 4.5 to 6.0, you
have to also pay for the upgrade you missed, thusing making the total either
$600 or $800 respectively for the home or NT versions.
