There is no way to recommend where to set your processor.  It depends on which
mike you are using.  Just hit the Func key, then the power key and turn the
multi-channel knob about two or three detents.  Listen to your audio through a
headphone until it sounds decent.


I don't know of a way to adjust ALC specifically.  I think by looking at mike
gain or processor level, you can tell if you are driving it into A L C action.
