    Thanks, Pat.

I will probably not be able to do anything until after Field Day, but I'm 
keeping these e-mails so I have a list of things to try when I am free 
again.

And too, Tom you could have proper voltage at the Astron meter but
not at the rig end of the 12 volt line.  If you can sneak your DVM
across the power leads where they enter the rig you might be
surprised, perhaps happily!!
