Thanks, Mark for the idea.  There are many pages that refresh themselves, and it is annoying to have to find your place again and again.

       If you are using JAWS, do a JAWS key and V. Arrow down to refresh 
  screen automatically. Turning this off should help but You will need to turn 
  it off in the configuration manager if you want it to stay off on all 
  screens.
