can someone please give me the uplink frequency and the down link frequency of the new satalite? and please tell me when it is in for regular use by all amatures? 

i didn't know i would need pre amps for to work the satalite 

i have a tmv71a radio to do this. how much will the pre amps or pre amp cost?
