I've watched with interest the discussion on Palomar's Tuner-Tunerr. I use
a Tentec 238 tuner which in addition to knobs for a roller inductor and a
capacitor has a wafer switch to select the lowest reactance prior to the
actual matching of the rig to antenna.
My question, can I hear a noisr reduction as I switch between the various
settings on the Z switch (wafer)
