Hi Jef,

Another source of popups is the message center in
real one player.  If real one player is starting up automatically, that
could be your problem.  If you want real one player to auto start, but don't
want to have message center popping up all of the time, you can delete the
file
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\rnms3270.dll

Okay, these pop-ups are coming through the Windows Messenger and I checked
the system tray to see if it was there and it wasn't.  How can I double
check to see that McCaffey is disabled for good so when my auth disc does
get here I won't have to worry about runing it or anything like that?
