I have the thf6a, and I love the radio.  For the most part it's accessible,
and for a lack of a better phrase, it has the beeps in all the right places.
not to mention that the little bar antennae built in makes it do well for
receiving Am Broadcast.  Do however, get the ht224 after market duck for it,
you will find that it does a better job than what the stock duck does.  I
hope that helps atleast.
