Is that the one AFB put out? Saw a mini ipad.  Was thinking of buying one

I'm seriously considering buying the latest iTouch.  Anyone here willing 
to get me started, how to get voice turned on and so forth.  I have no 
need for a phone as I'm not interested in the data plan, but do have 
wireless at my house which is ehre it will get used most of the time.
