You can check with Cliff at AVVid ( www.avvid.com ).  I know he is on
vacation until next Monday but he works on a lot of Kenwood products.  He

Check with Clif Holland KA5IPF at AVVID.com.  His e-mail address is on the
website.  His reviews are excellent.  He is currently working on a TS-430S
for me.  I looked on his site and the Kenwood Twins were not on is
"non-repair list."  Hope this helps you and good luck with the repair.
