Hi
I am working on a idea based on some information I read on the affects of very low frequency energy on plants... Now I have a malty meter that will read 60 hertz and below. What I am looking for is a variable oscillator that I can adjust between 0 and 17 hertz. Does any one know where I could get my hands on a reasonable priced one or if a prebuilt one is not available I would be willing to try to build one. That is providing the plans are accessible.

God bless,
Mark
