i have an HP 32 inch HDTV which has a mode button on the remote that
you can use to access the SAP channel. However this is a kind of
roter in which each push of the button takes you to a different mode,
such as MTS Stereo, MTS mono, and SAP. But you can tune this by ear,
because you can tell the difference between mono, stereo, and
SAP. The SAP setting has a much higher volume than the others, and,
of course, if the SAP channel is being used for some type of
alternative audio, i. e. foreign language, DVS, etc. you can hear that too.
