Hello Group,

   I received a request from Steve Dresser to add heading tags to 
each section of the manual to facilitate easier navigation when you 
just want to quickly jump from one section to the next. I have done 
this and fixed a few more errors found in the text. So if you want 
this new version, you may get it from the link below. I have also 
notified Pat at Handi Hams about the revision.
