When I sell amateur gear on EBay, I ask for a license, in fact, my rule is,
if you win, give me a call sign and make sure I can ship to the address on
QRZ or be able to prove it's them before I'll complete the deal.  I stand by
that too, some people say I'm too rough about it but I figure I have a right
to do my part to keep unlicensed people out even if some people won't.
