Hi all. I am still concidering the T90 as my next handheld, so I have
been reading the manual. It mentions that you can do split operation, by
transmitting on one V F O and recieving on the other. However, they use
as examples frequencies in the same band, E G both on 144 MHz or both on
440MHz. Has anyone tried putting one v f o on 2 meters and the other on
440? I don't see why this wouldn't work, but it isn't mentioned at all.
Any thoughts on this? Also, what exactly is the band adaptor they
mention that you need to operate the HT on 50MHz or lower? Is it simply
something to make the rubber duck think it is ressinant down their?
GRIN! I am just curious, as I don't know anyone that has one, that I can
play with.

Thanks in advanced:
John
