HI Melissa.  I haven't re-installed e-q s o but I have used it on the
other computer.  It is interesting that it does not require a callsign to
use it, so there could be potentially more problems with bootlegers, but
if there isn't a radio connected to the room you are in, it shouldn't be
a problem.  I jmay have to re-install it after I get my modem problems
resaulved.
