Alan, please help me out here. You openly admit you regularly run power well
in excess of 1.5 KW, and yet, isn't that in violation of FCC regulations as
they pertain to amateur radio? How can you lawfully operate the power levels
that you do? Please post your answer here to our list because I think many
others would like to know the answer to this question. I'm not trying to be
the Blind Ham email list curmudgeon here. I'm just sincerely interested, and
I have exchanged posts with some others that share my interest. If the FCC
regulations have been changed, we would like to know about it.
