1.  Faculty, California Writers Club Conference At Asilomar in Monterey,

3.  Moderating a panel at The Internet Commerce Expo, "Web Sites That Are

4.  Teaching a course at UCLA Extension, "Intersection: New Media,

* The Game Industry: Game development and production, On line gaming and
Multi-User Domains.

* Childrens' Media: Animation, Toys and storybooks, Edutainment and
education, Interactive story-telling.

* E-Commerce: Business models: commerce-enabled, promotional,
ad-supported, subscription-supported sites: how they all work, Branding,
      Intranets and Extranets.
