Attached is an actual e-mail that my correspondent got from Adobe.  They clearly tell her that Adobe 5.0 does not render the kinds of files she needs in the least confusing way.  Adobe 4.0 with the accessibility plug-in does a better job. 

Help me understand this part of the reply in English: "...we should add an option to request that unstructured files use the kind of algorithm used by the access plug-in, so you could override our analysis."  Do the comments offered thus far in this discussion address this kind of complexity?
