I have already posted some information about my printing problem about my BJC-1000 Canon Printer. I have reinstalled the drrvers yet again, and played wiht the LPT1:/Parallel port mode settings and have found out somehting very peculiar. I can go into the property setting through the printer, and print a color test page fine, but can not print a Windows test page, nor print from Microsoft Word (97 edition). Shortly, I will begin the reinstallation process for Microsoft Word and see if the problem lies there. I believe that the problem is either in the Microsoft application or wiht Windows 98. I am trying to find Win98 updated printer driver but am unsucessful. I have downloaded the "updated" Canon BJC-1000 Printer drivers, but they are exactly the same, but in no instance resolve the problem. Let me know of any procedure that may prove helpful.
