I would use the 200mhz computer for internet, and 600mhz computer for
off-line works. A few sites may claim they have specified their code for PIII
SSE, but the real life result is that you wouldn't see any difference at all
during the slow internet speed at the moment. So that 200mhz is good enough
for internet use right now (as long as it has enough RAM and harddisk space).
eg, I'm still using a P233, I haven't seen any problem with internet yet.
