I eat fruit once a day. I did increase it to twice a day, when rush was
on. I also increased my intake of fat. Lifting 70 lb. boxes of books, 8 hr.
a day, I found my self loosing weight. Looks like a slight increase, during
extreme workouts, helps prevent muscle loss in thinner people.

Sorry, gotta weigh in on this one. Even a mainstream paleo-is-stupid doctor
will tell you that sugar is poison and the primary cause of adult-onset
diabetes. The sucrose we get in fruit is nothing compared to what you get
from the sugar bowl or a can of Coke. Avoid at all costs! If you have an
insulin problem, go light on even natural sources of sucrose.
