  You might need to do a flash upgrade of the BIOS, because (a) the
original BIOS may not recognize the new CPU *as* a Celeron, and (b)
PIIs have 512KB of built-in cache and Celerons have 128KB.  (a) is
purely cosmetic, but it's conceivable that an old BIOS could contain
code that isn't quite flexible enough.
