The web site for this company does exist, however, the info isn't very
useful in his/your particular case <g>. The company is based in Vienna, VA
and the info on their web site, http://elecdist.com/index.html informs you
to contact one of their dealers depending on where you live. The telephone #
is (703) 938-8105, fax # (703) 938-4525 and email address is:

Although he is still using legacy software, most sound cards work
reasonably well with Win 3.1/WFWG 3.11 once you learn how to properly
configure them. HTH. :-)
