Need installation information for an unknow sound card on win31

I have a friend who has buyed a used sound card. He has the driver disk but
it mis documentation so he can't install it to work. The only information he
has is the FCCID:

        LGP-M8179

I made a search and found out that the companie is

        Mirage Electronics Corp

I try to find this company on the net but failed. A second thing to
consider, he is working with windows 3.1 so the thing is little bit complicated.

Does some one has a clue?
