get less morning sickness?).

I am fairly new to the list but I had a question. What would signal
carbohydrate consumption being too low? I eat a Paleo diet and gave birth to my
son last year. My midwife was new to the Paleo diet (and I do not think ever
fully understood it). I was in ketosis the last few months of my pregnancy and
I ate plenty of Paleo fruits and vegetables. I did not see this as a problem as
I talked to Ray Audette and his wife was the same. We both accessed that many
hunter-gatherer moms had given birth on a Paleo diet. So why would you think it
would be necessary to add grains, such as rice?
