I've been lurking for awhile--thought I'd de-lurk and introduce myself. I'm
Karen, and I'm an accidental paleo-eater of sorts. I started low-carbing in
May, then had to give up dairy a few weeks ago. I noticed that my diet was
looking pretty darn paleo--meat, eggs, nuts, berries, veggies. I was hoping
there would be more discussion on this list of what people eat day to day
(the people on the low-carb support list I belong to seem to be cheese and
cream-obsessed). So far, I've seen a lot of discussion about whether a
certain food is legal to eat paleo-wise but not a lot of what you all
actually DO eat. I'd love to see more of that.

BTW, in an attempt to expand my food repetoire, I tried beef last night for
the first time in over 10 years. It's going to take some getting used to...

Karen
