I am working on updating the links on my paleodiet.com web page, and came
across one that is too good to not share will you all right away.

Hunters and Gatherers Anthropology is a course taught by Raymond Hames at
U. of Nebraska. Includes lecture notes on the book The Foraging Spectrum
which outlines the important research issues, theory, and problems in
hunter-gatherer research.
