Hello Jo, you lurker, you....

-fruits and leafy greens
-small amount of nuts, although they don't work for me
-all raw
-no animal products
-no juices
-b12 supplementation if required after testing

the only other problem I see is possibly insufficient minerals,
which may be difficult to determine and remedy in a satisfactory
manner,
although there was a long term raw vegan that claimed she was helped
by a
mineral supplement after being raw 20 years I believe. (She became
fatigued
and couldn't figure out what the problem was.)

I understand that you are doing better by including animal products.

I could of course, experience problems (some do, some don't), and will
hopefully
do the intelligent thing as you have, and do whatever seems to work.

Would I do the above if were living in the wild? No. I would
probably be omnivorous
  - I just think that it can work, even given the various problems
that exist.

What I meant with my statement was not necessarily that it was ideal,
or the best way,
or the only way, just more optimal than most vegetarians that don't
concern themselves
with natural nutrition.
