Probably a good idea to start over. Windows files are probably corrupt
and a reinstall over the top rarely helps that situation. I doubt if
it's hardware, but go easy on applications as you reinstall and watch it
carefully for a couple of days to see if the errors reappear on a fresh
OS. Heat problems can generate software problems and other hardware
problems can also generate the errors.
