Hello,

I recently received a booklet from Omega Nutrition entitled "Fats: Facts &
Fiction".

In that booklet was the statement:

" Butter does not have to be converted by the liver, but can be directly
utilized by our bodies. "  (this of course was meant to be in contrast to
vegetable oil).

Does anyone here know any more about this?
